Meteoritic constrains on physicochemical processing of primitive materials in the solar nebula

After a brief introduction into classification of meteorites, I’ll outline mineralogical, chemical and some isotopic characteristics of primitive nebular components and compare them with results of condensation models in order to constrain physicochemical conditions in the early solar nebula. I’ll focus mainly on refractory, Ca,Al,Mg-rich inclusions and Fe-Ni metal grains. At the end, I’ll briefly speculate on the origin of enstatite chondrites as possible precursors of the Earth-Moon system and comment on whether the Cu-Al-rich alloys containing quasicrystals are extraterrestrial.
