We address dark matter and dark energy by investigating high redshift clusters of galaxies with our HST multi-cycle treasury program Cluster Lensing And Supernova survey with Hubble. Obtaining mass profiles by gravitational lensing from deep ACS and WFC3 images of 25 clusters, we confront predictions of the Lambda Cold Dark Matter model, formation and evolution of structure. Our parallel Supernova search extends the Hubble diagram of type Ia SNe to z > 1.5 , testing the constancy of dark energy with time and probing progenitor evolution. We test double degenerate and single degenerate scenarios by measuring the SN Ia delay time distribution.
