- Issues 1 - 4100 were scanned and OCR-ed. The text versions - and therefore the HTML versions created on-the-fly from the text files - DO CONTAIN ERRORS. Printed text were rendered to ASCII text: non-latin alphabets were transcribed, mathematical notations converted, etc. Minor typographic errors were occasionally corrected, and some anchor text introduced (for creating the links in the HTML version) in square brackets.     - For issues 4101- the HTML version might not be typographically adherent to the PDF - though it mostly manifests in minor aesthetic differences.

Only the PDF versions are authentic.
